Mission Statement
Our mission is to promote student success by encouraging health and wellness, so that students may do their best work in the classroom and in our community.
The goal of your school’s health office is to keep students healthy and in class! Please be aware of the following policy regarding health related check outs:
Criteria for Nurse Excused Check Out:
• Fever-Temperature above 100.0
• Vomiting witnessed by an adult
• Diarrhea
• Symptoms of Conjunctivitis (“Pink Eye”)
• An injury that occurred at school, and requires medical attention.
Circumstances outside of these parameters will require a parent note or doctor’s excuse.
