I am extremely happy to be at Samson Elementary. I feel like I am home. I love reading and I really want to help spread that joy to the students in Samson. In many ways, I have come full circle. I started my career in education at Samson Elementary in the fifth grade 29 years ago and I have found myself back home. I work with a wonderful staff and have some amazing students who visit me weekly at the Samsoon Elementary Library.

Work Experience:

I have been in education for 29 years. I taught at Samson Elementary, Middle and High schools for 16 years. The last ten years, I was the Middle/High school media specialist at Samson. This is my third year at Samson Elementary. 

Education:

I graduated from Samson High School and received degrees from University of Alabama, Troy University Dothan campus, and University South Alabama in Mobile.
