Mrs. Terri Ward

I have been the Access Facilitator for the last 7 years at Geneva County High.  I was initially in the ISS/Alternative position for 10 years until an opening came up for Access.

My name is Mary T. Ward and I prefer to be called Terri.  I have been with Geneva County High School since August, 2003.  I was first hired as the ISS/Alternative teacher, which I stayed with this position about 10 years straight. Currently I am an Access Facilitator/Counselor for grades 8-12.  I have also had Enrichment classes and will have a typing class starting this school year (2020-2021) for the Middle School students.

In 2019 I was the Facilitator of the Year for Access.  This was a great honor to receive!

I married when I was 26 to the love of my life, Gary Ward.  He is now a retired truckdriver and has his own DJ business (Crazy's DJ Xpress) which we both thoroughly enjoy doing in our spare time. We have just recently added our third system.  Our daughter Katie was born in March 1992 and a son, Cary, in August 1994.  I am a grandmother to two of the most adorable boys, Ryan and Layne and an adorable grand daughter, Jessilyn Charlotte.   We live in Samson, Alabama, but I consider myself a GECO High Bulldawg!
