I attended Wallace Community College for two years and I graduated from Troy University with a B.S. in Physical Education K-12 in 1998. I am also Highly Qualified in History for Grades 6-12.

Mr. Chad McKnight

Experience:

I am currently in my 25th year as an educator and eleventh here at Samson. I previously taught P.E. and History at Geneva County High School in Hartford for 9 years and P.E. at Midland City Elementary for 5 years. I am now in my ninth year as an Elementary P.E. Teacher here in Samson after serving two previous years as Middle School History teacher.

Biography: 

I am originally from Clayhatchee, Alabama. I am married to Loren Huggins McKnight. We currently live in Daleville, Alabama. We have twin boys, Brigham and Baylor, age 11, who are the joy of our lives. I am currently an Assistant Varsity Football Coach and I was also the Head Varsity Girls Basketball Coach here for the 2015-2016 and 2017-2018 Class 2A State Champions here at Samson High School.
