Below are the same maps used for the project walkthrough. From the spreadsheet linked below, you'll see the room numbers from the maps and the number of drops needed for each room. On the maps, rooms such as principal offices, counselor offices, receptionist areas, etc., are not indicated. The drops for all of these rooms have been counted up and included on the spreadsheet.

Are we using the ACD of 1/8/2024?
ANSWER:
Thank you for your interest in our projects. Originally, we had two "mini-bids" posted in conjunction with the Alabama Joint Purchasing program, but we had to cancel these to avoid any vendor conflicts shortly after posting them. Once canceled, we then proceeded with a full, 28-day eRate bid.
Project #1 - Re-cabling of Samson Elementary School and Slocomb Elementary School. Anyone wishing to bid on this project must attend the walkthrough at both campuses. This walkthrough will be conducted on January 8, 2024, at 9 AM at Samson Elementary. Once done, we will then proceed to Slocomb Elementary School.
Project #2 - Networking Equipment/Switches and Access Points for Samson Elementary and Slocomb Elementary.
The sealed bids for both projects will be opened on Friday, January 19, 2024 at 9 AM at the Geneva County Board of Education office. The RFP's for both projects can be found at: https://www.genevacountyschools.com/Page/115
