Degrees and Certifications:
Mrs. Nikki Dyess, Career Coach
I was born and raised in Geneva County, Alabama, and I am happy to live here with my family. I serve on the Board of Directors for the Warren Beck Youth Leadership Program and Leadership Geneva County.
Prior to working as Career Coach, I practiced law in Geneva, Alabama. Through my juvenile justice practice, I discovered my calling to help prepare area students for success after high school.
As Career Coach, my goal is to help students determine their career goals and assist them with the steps required to accomplish those goals. I plan career exploration activities such as field trips, career days, and job shadow opportunities. I am happy to assist students with career exploration, college applications, financial aid, resume writing and interview skills.
