Textbooks for Geneva County Students

All textbooks are the property of the State of Alabama and the public school system. The parent, guardian or other person having custody of a child to whom textbooks are issued shall be liable for any loss, abuse, or damage in excess of that which would result from normal use of such textbook.

All textbooks must be returned to the issuing school by the public when promoted, transferred or when attendance is terminated for any other reason.
